Button-Up Shirt - Eugene

Using either the Classic Shirt from Liesl & Co. ($21.99) or the Vernon Shirt from Cashmerette ($23.99), you'll create a button-up shirt with collar, collar band and cuffs. (Millie made hers out of a white-on-white cotton print.) You'll get help with improving your fitting and sewing skills during the construction.

Sewing machine and components to make it go
Optional: Serger and components to make it go
Either of the two patterns listed above
Pattern Ease to copy patterns
2 1/2" X 18" ruler
Pencil
Scissors/rotary cutter & mat
Fabric/interfacing/buttons for shirt from back of pattern
Good quality construction thread
Feet: Standard, 1/4", edgestitch, buttonhole, (optional: button sew-on)
Point turner
Fabric marking tool (Chalk pencil or wheel, not a frixion pen)
